Naomba mnisaidie DAWA Itakayo msaidia Mama yangu, vipimo vinaonesha SPLEEN yake is enlarged to 12.6cm Na Daktari ameniambia siyo normal na amempa dawa lkn last time nilivyorudi amesema labda afanyiwe operation kitu ambacho Mama hataki kusikia wala kufanya.
So nahitaji dawa itakayomsaidia kuondoa hiyo Spleen without any operation.
Labda niweke VIPIMO vyote alivyowahi kuzifanya na dawa alizowahi kuzitumia, but am SORRY in case of any scientific misspelling, and i will NOT mention the name of her Doctor or Hospital.
Examination: Abdominal and pelvic ultrasound Report
Findings:
The liver is normal in size and echopattern
Normal vascular pattern with no focal lesion seen
The biliary ducts are not dilated
The gall bladder is normal size and shape. No stone is seen
The pancreas is normal seen
The spleen is enlarged 12.6cm
Both kidneys are normal in size and shape also in echopattern
Adequate corticomedullary junction is seen
There is no evidence of stone or calyectasis seen
No retroperitoneal adenopathy seen
No free fluid in the abdominal cavity
The uterus is well positioned normal in size, shape and echopattern. No focal lesion seen
Endometrium thickness is within normal limits
The cervix is unremarkable
There is no evidence of adnexal mass noted
The ovaries are normal seen
No free fluid in the pouch of Douglas
The urinary bladder is normal seen
Cul-de-sac is normal
Conclusions:
Splenomegally
Reported by Consultant Radiologist.
